Workshop Overview
The 6-hr workshop will over several key areas of utmost important for medical professionals to deliver exceptional quality healthcare. The program covers topics of ethics, integrity, communication skills, responsibility, critical thinking, systems analysis and problem solving. Today’s medical professionals deal with a diverse set of disciplines from technology and instrumentation, medical diagnosis and prognoses to dealing with policies, regulations and human skills. Discussion will also include concepts of patient management systems, decision making, the Internet of Things (IOT) and effectively leading a patient’s healthcare needs.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion from Innovative Leadership Institute of America, a US non-profit organization dedicated to the development of professionals and adult workers.
