It serves and train student population in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area and several other states in the USA. It works closely with University of Maryland students and other Maryland Community Colleges and education centers.

Youth Development Program
As a national leader in youth leadership programming, ILIA offers a rich diversity of services for youth such as classroom-based courses, outdoor retreats, mentoring & coaching programs, leadership-based counseling services, leadership-based tutoring, online classes, seminars and short programs, workshops, character development, internships, volunteering and community service. ILIA serve gifted and talented youth, College students, academically challenged students and partners with many schools, colleges, universities and youth community centers.
